When reducing the number of Named Versions becomes an essential part of Data Management, use the Hide option.

1. From the Navigation pane, choose Data Manager.
   
2. On the Data Manager panel, click Named Version.
   
3. For the version that you wish to hide, click the icon to open the options menu then choose Hide.
